The vid describes the process as such, in greater detail than I will so I still think you should give it a watch, first download the zip file, use a program like winzip or 7zip to open the archive, then you are going to extract everything BUT the data folder to the game's directory by just dragging and dropping, that's the location with the data file and the executable to launch the game.
